How can I prevent my cat from climbing up my bird feeder?

My bird feeder is on a 10 cedar post. It is having a house on it’s top that holds back the snow and the rain. Today, I saw my cat lying in it on top of my bird seeds. Now, what can I do so she won’t climp up there again? Thanks.

      They make shields for squirrels. I guess this could work for cats too.
