I have a bird feeder queston?

I have a bord feeder and I was wondering if anyone knows how to keep squirrels (sp) away from the feeder so I can watch the birds eat from it. Also, do they make bird food that keeps squirrels from eating it? If they do what is the name of it and where can I find it?

      The feeder in the middle of the yard on pole and vaseline the houseits battle we all.

      The forest and have tons of bird feeders and have post which keeps the squirrels away also many other good ways.

      Shread hand soap in the bottom of the bird feeder! Not where the seed goes tho. It wards them off but not the birds because birds cant smell

      My experience that squirrels are pawing through it to get feed without sunflower seeds in bird mix spend little more to get feed without sunflower seeds and youll have much less waste than when squirrels are after the sunflower seeds and youll have.
