Nope. Owls aren’t pedators of hawks.

The fake owl sounds good, but i think it will also scare other birds away as owls are preditors too. Put your feeders in bushes, i think the foliage will give better protection than trees.

The birds away though itll probably work great unfortunately it wont scare the hawks will be forced to feed elsewhere.

ea also you can go to walmart get a bb gun and shoot it down ive found this method works best
